These are good lowers. I have over 1500 rounds though one, with a polymer lower parts kit, and it looks no different than the unused lowers sitting in the safe. You can build a very nice and very lightweight rifle that you can lug around all day during deer season.

It's a good product.

When my FFL dealer recieves this, will they charge me tax on the lower?

I didn’t, I got the conformation shortly after I gave my FFL the info. no phishing alerts though, maybe your email provider is more sensitive.

I want a lower to build on but I am not sure I wanna pay that much even if it does include a PMAG!

SecondAmmendmentShooting is a local FFL to my location near Pensacola FL. He's out of Niceville, FL near Fort Walton Beach. I remember him commenting in a posting on our forum how he had sold out of NFA lowers in like 18 hrs...didnt realize he had all kinds of advertising going up...he had mentioned he would let us at the local forum here know (Gulf Coast Gun Forum) when his last shipment came in and somehow he overlooked us...so I guess he felt bad and is now doing a group buy for us here...While I have never met in person yet, I have PM'ed him and he has reasonable rates compared to other local FFL's...He is at the local Pensacola Gun Show as it is in town this weekend but that place is a zoo so I stayed away...
