new guy here with a question about 5.11 field ops watch

I bought the field ops watch. I honestly dont like it. Its too heavy and bulky. Has anyone else bought one? do you wear it every day? Maybe a new band would help? Any ideas? Im to the point I might just cut my losses and sell it.

I wear one everyday. I love mine. I am a bigger guy, so the size doesn't bother me. My only complaint is that the little band retainer loop doesn't do a great job. Other than that it has stood up to all my abuse.

Watchmakers think all watches now made should be a half inch thick slab of steel that occupies half your forearm. I guess it builds muscles just by wearing it.
That's why I hardly wear a watch any more. I want one made of titanium that is only 2mm thick and has a face the size of a quarter...

Yes, it does handle the abuse. I just hate the feel of it. Prolly gonna sell it. Thanks for the replies
