Longtime gun owner. Common stuff nothing fancy, nothing exotic.

    22, 38, 9mm, 30/30, 30 cal carbine, sks, mosin nagant, 35 Whelen, 410, 20ga, 12ga.

Owner of few, expert in none.

Started with a Red Rider (still got it to) at 6years old. Only recently became more interested in the technicalities of shooting. Trying hard to learn.

Hello and Welcome from Hammond America. I was once in sunny 29 Palms, any relation to your user name?

No I'm afraid not. I was never privileged or smart enough to serve when the time was right.

The "nickname" 29 was given to me 35 years ago, when I first started my career as a process technician (called us operators back then). The reason and the story will never be revealed by this hand! But it had something to do with the Great Depression (1929) and the availability of food.
