New HK Pistol Rumors - P30X

I saw this posted on HKPro and wanted to share. Take it for what it's worth, but it looks like HK may be introducing a striker fired version of the P30, and also a smaller P30sk version.

If the P30X is striker fired with a conventional magazine release and priced for less than the current P30 it should outsell any HK pistol currently sold in the USA.
Something similar to the Walther PPQ M2.

My rep and I were talking about this last month. Supposedly the price point will make the new pistol very competitive. I hope they can deliver tons of these things.

HK needs to step up with the new pistol and offer a trigger that is as good as the Walther PPQ M2.

I am also a fan of their mag release. HKs ergonomics are the best as well in my opinion.

Some that carry AIWB feel there is less chance of an ND when holstering a pistol with a hammer and or safety.

I think this is where they are going. When you holster slowly with your thumb on the back of the hammer with your LEM trigger you will know if there are any trigger issues.

JBP is correct. It's just an extra measure of peace of mind when you can put your thumb on the hammer when you slide that dude in your pants.

The German military says their HK G36s are a disaster, shooting groups of three feet at 100m once they get warm. And that includes warming from exposure to sunlight.

The company is massively in dept, their credit rating was just downgraded to CCC+, which is junk status.
