Couldn't get back into my old account (LAANG12B or LAANG21B) and couldn't get any help getting back into my old account (had that account for like 10 years) so I had to create anewaccountand basically start all over again...(I can't get into the email associated with the old account and no longer have the phone number associated with the account)
