There is no possible way that any of us investors do not know that. I am now considering the purchase of additional shares of RGR.

This is typical NY state bully ********. Any stock traded on the NY stock exchange can be "regulated" by the NY state AG.
Since he is a screaming liberal democrat he is suing gun manufacturers for inadequate disclosure and oil companies for failing to disclose greenhouse gas BS.

XOM has to put an initiative on the shareholder ballots due to this BS.

Get used to NY state sticking its nose everywhere. That and remember NY cars have orangel license plates on them. When you see them in your area be sure to tell them what you think of their AG.

This has been a typical liberal attack against corporations for a very long time - forcing shareholder votes on social issues. I can't think of any that succeeded.

    I wonder if this:
Also that month, she threatened TD Bank that New York City would stop business with the company if it did not pull the $300 million tied up in gun companies.
is any form of illegal public extortion by an official.

Amy of you guys invest in Ruger? I've been thinking about adding it to my investments for a while.

Haven't read the link just yet but I read a few others. Pretty crazy. Doing nothing but harming American companies and it's investors. It won't do a thing to stop violence.
