OFF MARKET. DECIDED TO KEEP. THANKS.I have a Nylon Mohawk 10C for sale. It' about 95%. Small scuffs on brown furniture. Possible trade for equal value of 245.00. Different pics available. Just let me know what view you want.
Hey, I didn't post that pic, but appreciate it. It illustrates somewhat the 10C's condition. However, I think mine has better bluing on the receiver. As far as clip-fed vs. tube, I can't explain it. I downloaded a user manual from Remington, and while not looking at it now, should show the magazine. Be that as it may, at the heel of the pistol grip is the embossed 10C and my magazine isn't as big as the one posted. I really can't understand where that pic came from.
The OP is correct. The model 10C was a box magazine model with a 10 round mag. it was made from 1972 -1978. It replaced the model 77 which were only made for 1 year, 1970 -1971. The 77 had a 5 round mag.
There were about 128,000 model 10C's made. Only 15,300 model 77's were made.
The thread title is wrong though. It's not a Model 66, which were the tube feed mag. models.
