Since it is another lazy day at the homestead I have fired up the UDS and have 2 racks of ribs, homemade fresh Italian sausage, smoked sausage and chicken breast on the UDS smoker with some Mint Julips, made with Maker's Mark, to sip as I watch the smoke rise from the UDS and listen to the radio.
