    seems perfectly reasonable. I mean, he actually IS an american citizen, just not a native born one. He meets the requirement and some bureaucrat tried to be obnoxious.

    I thought that they had Constitutional carry in the state. The same law that the "clown car" did not pass in Louisisana.

    But the question still begs to be answered. Since he is not a "citizen" then does he have that "right" under the Constitutional Carry law?
