seems perfectly reasonable. I mean, he actually IS an american citizen, just not a native born one. He meets the requirement and some bureaucrat tried to be obnoxious.

He clearly meets all the criteria for naturalization, yet has not filed in the 30 years he's lived here??

I thought that they had Constitutional carry in the state. The same law that the "clown car" did not pass in Louisisana.

They do..... which makes this whole thing confusing....

But the question still begs to be answered. Since he is not a "citizen" then does he have that "right" under the Constitutional Carry law?

A Permanent Resident is not a Citizen. Therefore no constitutional rights. 30 years in the country and not a citizen, time to **** or get off the pot.

That is my opinion as well. If you want the rights then take the plunge so to speak.
