Anyone ever use Pestie? I’ve heard some good things and read some good reviews online, but has anyone in Louisiana tried this? Waste of money? Worth it? Better products out there? What say you, Bayou Shooter peeps?

I looked into it, but ended up having very good luck with Ortho Home Defense, which is sold at home depot and Amazon for ~15 to 20 bucks. I just spray every quarter and never see bugs.

It may be helpful to spray outside every month, but that may be unnecessary.

The place we moved into a year ago had large ones constantly coming in. We used the OHD inside and outside 4 times and they have been gone for 8 months.

The only problem I was not able to solve is that we had these borderline microscopic bugs getting into our bathrooms that are called "springtails." They are smaller than a flea and you only notice them when there are hundreds of dead ones.

Turns out they migrate towards water and wanted into our bathroom because of that. They subsequently died due to the OHD spray.

Anyway, the solution to keeping them out was to dust the weep-holes with a bug dust thing - it made the problem go away basically overnight.

I tried the home defense and a couple others. They worked but not great on spiders. Did some research and found this is highly recommended for spiders. For best results remove the webs first such as outside near lights etc. This stuff works great. Use it at my dear camp as well and never have bugs. Just be sure to store it in climate controlled area so it doesnt degrade.

Bifenthrin I/T 7.9 Generic Telstar. 1 gallon on Amazon $55 use this inside and outside. Also Bayer Suspend SC works. I have both of these products and will alternate when I see pest. Because I use the Biden I/T to spray my entire lawn I do not have any problems with pest. Spray my house maybe every 6 months!
