For those who care:

I bought myself a KME Knife Sharpening kit after watching their video on youtube. I have never been able to get a good edge on a knife. I have tried most of the sharpeners out there and I typically just bought a new knife once mine got dull. This sharpener allows me to put an edge on there that is sharper than any factory edge I have seen. It is very adjustable and repeatable. I really like it. Not a paid endorsement, just a happy customer.
