Places to shoot after dusk?

Posting this in laws in legalities b/c i'm not quite sure if there are any ranges that are applicable for this purpose.

i'm looking for a spot to shoot at night, 100yds'll do but hopefully out to 300 or so, whether it be a range or public lands that its legal to do so.

too bad about the bz....i once saw some tracers shot there before dawn, think some nv was used to hit the "gong", before it disappeared like the 300lb steel bmod
