Porter Cable cement shears

Never used cement siding shears, have had these for a few years---sent someone to the supply house to get metal shears and this is what they came back with, did not have time to return then and said---we will return later-- well we never did, i do not know if anyone has a use for these--tool collecter?( i have learned you can change the heads on it) but for $85.00 (1/2 price) you can be the new owner.
