This is a Palmetto State Armory upper chambered in 300BLK. It has a 9" free float slim quad rail with rails on the top, bottom, and sides. The barrel has a nitride finish. A PSA BCG and charging handle are also included. The upper has only been fired maybe 20 times and looks brand new. I'm just getting rid of this one because I have an 8.5" one I prefer a little more. $250 FTF in the New Orleans area only.
