Re-curve bows ?

The girlfriend is interested in archery and she wants to start with a re curve. Where is a good place to get some info on getting started? Anywhere in the Slidell area that she can try a few out and where is a place that we could go shoot one.

Thank you sir! I was going to go today but they are closed on Mondays . Looks pretty nice and only about 15mins away. I have never even held a bow before but it is something that the GF and i have always wanted to try.

Lol. Yes but she had interest in Recurve bows long before hunger games movie.

Checkout Louisiana outdoors! Me and the wife go there a lot. Great people that work there. FYI.... look at the Sage no tools take down bow. It's about $140.00 and you can get replacement limbs for about $70.00 as your wife gets stronger.
