I just bought a NICE Triple K holster for my Ruger MKIII that has the 6 7/8" barrel. The lady on eGay said it was for a "Bull Barrel", but the fit is EXTREMELY tight - almost too tight to comfortably draw and re-holster the pistol. If you manipulate the holster with your hand to enlarge the barrel part of it, it slides in and out freely.

What I'm wanting to know, is that can you steam the holster to make the leather more pliable and "reset" the fit??

We used to soak a leather holster in warm water, spray the gun down liberaly with wd 40 and wrap the pistol in plastic wrap. Insert wrapped pistol and allow to dry. Leather would dry to form of the pistol.
