Ready to pull the trigger on a Viper PST 1-4 -- MOA or MRAD?

Any reason why I should choose MRAD or MOA on this scope? Both have coarser than normal adjustments, 2/10MRAD and 1/2MOA, respectively. Thoughts?

The reticle looks slightly "larger" on websites for the MOA. I feel that I prefer the MOA for this reason. Why would this be?

Update -- think I'm going to go with the Millett DMS-1 to save some $$.
