This is true Good STORE BOUGHTHHC and Boudin can be had at Jerry lee's however; FANTASTIC HOME MADE HHC, Boudin< and Craklins are found only at Ronnie's #2 of Fla. Blvd near Sharp road in Baton Rouge. Try Ronnies products and you'll throw rocks at Jerry Lees stuff that I can promise you!!

    Snookie Clause knows!!!!

In BR. This is Gospel. Boudin at Ronnie's can be salty like the last links I got. But, not always. I bitched while I was there that they need to back off the salt. Cracklin' is always fantastic!! But, If you want to cook a stuffed ponce, gotta ask those dudes to get you one from "Ol' piece a loose a$$" Opelousas, store and boil it. If you never had it, you should not live in La.!

Give me some crackers and a beer sha’ I like dat me!

My Father-n-Law makes Hog Head Cheese and sales it throughout SWLA.

His is more or less like Boudin Stuffing without the rice.

It’s no where near as chunky as that though.

    Looks good!

I gotta agree with snookie. I much prefer almost everything Ronnie's makes over Jerry Lee's. ESPECIALLY the smoked boudin.

I tried Ronnie's one time and didn't care for what I got. Could have been an off day. They're just down the road from where I work so I might have to give him another try.

You guys started this and will have to take all the blame if I can't buy enuf GOOD boudin in the next day or two. Thanks for reminding me how much I LOVE BOUDIN!

All I can say is the smell of a bandsaw slicing a hog's head open for cheese is about the worst thing I have ever smelt and as a kid I lived near a landfill if you need a frame of reference.
