been working with load development for the Ruger GSR in .308, but the recoil and muzzle climb make things uncomfortable for me. did some research and wanted to pass along a nice solution. Brownells has the PRECISION ARMAMENT - M11 SEVERE-DUTY™ MUZZLE BRAKE (http://www.brownells.com/rifle-part...e-308-7-62mm-sku100-010-538-54370-105321.aspx). it is listed to help the two problems i was attempting to address. i got the washer kit (http://www.brownells.com/rifle-part...nment-system-sku100-010-537-54363-105319.aspx). the kit was easy to setup by reading and following directions. the indexing system worked just had to sort the washers by the size and then test the possible solutions to get the correct alignment. got it setup and at range test it worked! the muzzle climb was really reduced and did not need the PAST recoil pad. was real pleasant to shoot on bipod. just wanted to pass along.
