Remington 1100 value

Just curious on a rough value. Remington 1100 2 3/4 only 12 ga. It is a fixed modified 28in barrel. Wood and metal in 90% condition. Any help would be appreciated.

What does this mean? I have never had an 1100 where you couldn't remove the barrel in disassembly!?!

Fixed, means no choke tubes, I think $300-$425, Just my opinion with out seeing it.
