Reminton 700 vtr any one used one yet

Im in the market for a new gun and im kinda leaning away from assault weapons this time and want somthing high powered. iv looked at the remington 700 vtr and the remington 770 i like the vtr because of looks but i also like the 770 because its available in a 7mm mag. any way if any one has either of these guns or have used either id like to hear how they are thanks.

Hey This is my first Post but i just picked up one of those 700 vtr in .223
i put a Leupold 6.5-20LR*,T Matte Varmint Hunter at a 100yrds shooting some cheap shells i got at big5 (Remington Umc 55 Gr. MC) covered a dime.
ok trigger pull pretty smooth. But when i chamber a shell in the rifle it hard the get the bolt down to fire i dont know if its the cheap shells or what but its driveing me crazy but the gun is really fun to shoot.

thanks i havent met anyone yet that had one, are the bullets hollow points they can do that sometimes they do in my ar

the Mc in the name of the Bullet Means metal case there not a hollow point
