Ruger 10/22 Question

Currently I have:
Ruger 10/22
OD green Hogue stock
Heavy .920 barrel

Im wanting to build a custom Ruger 10/22 .22 mag.

My question is, Ruger no longer makes the 10/22 in .22mag, but there are a few companies that make recievers for them.

If i were to purchase a reciever from lets say Magnum Research or Volquartsen in a .22 mag, I should be able to just piece together the rest of the gun correctly?

Magnum Research or Volquartsen reciever (should come with everything)
Barrel
Stock

Does that sound about right?

yeah, i figured it out..

Im going to buy a complete .22wmr from magnum research.
