The rule is still in place. The judge only blocked the ATF from enforcing the rule during the court proceedings. The judge did not dismiss the rule nor did he declare the rule unconstitutional.
The rule is pending. It is unenforceable and not applicable. Don't be a sheep.

Man, you're just on a roll today calling people "Sheep"

How is Perez being a "sheep"? He's just stating facts as they are...

It makes sense for us to err on the side of caution. If you have a pistol and you have a brace, feel free to list them for sale - just not attached to the pistol.

It's easy to do and guarantees that the forum stays on the good side of the law, so to speak.

    Oppressive of the forum.
Even more oppressive since you won't update with the rule's fall in the courts.
Maybe you should re-read the TOS for this forum. BS is a privately owned website (who pays for the software and monthly hosting fees. it is not free) and they establish the rules to participate here. Nobody pays a dollar for an entry level membership here, nor is there any guarantee you can do anything, or say (type) anything you wish. Furthermore, the brace ruling is not yet locked in stone. The ban could be re-instated, latest court order overturned. Perhaps as a well established long time on line forum, they choose to take the high road, a wait and see how it all plays out in the end. Instead of "it is legal this week" mentality. But I fall back to their TOS: "it's their ballpark, and they make and enforce the rules". Compliance is mandatory, not optional. Respectfully, if you don't like the rules, find another forum to participate on which better aligns with your core beliefs.

Gaw lee, look at me. Takin up for da man! What is this world comin to?

Puritanize in an admin here and I guarantee you he has spent hundreds of hours collectively updating, patching, backing up, and repairing the software to make this forum function and operate as it should. The mods here are volunteers (no pay) investing their time in day to day operations and overseeing everyone plays nice together, and has a pleasurable experience overall. In the end, BS forum is a business funded by paid memberships/sponsorships, is not fed tax dollar subsidized, nor a charity organization.

I just did a quick on line search for a braced AR-15 pistol to purchase new on line. Primary Arms in TX (one of my favs) still does not offer any braced AR-15 pistols for sale at this time on line.

PSA, yes, quite a few of them in stock. But PSA has always been very 2A strong and not afraid to push the limits imo, over years. They do sell parts and complete weapons (manufacturer). PSA also has a disclaimer posted stating braced pistols are not to be shoulder fired.
KY Gun Co and Sportsman's = nada, no braced pistols to be found for purchase.
Buds Guns - found one listing for a braced pistol in stock for sale. So if it is indeed legal at the moment, on line vendors are slow to jump on the train. Could get burned with inventory if once again banned in a court ruling.
