I dropped them an email saying my Quik-Flip barrel mount front sight had a little side to side wiggle in it when in the up position. They didn't ask where I got it (I did not buy it from them, I got it from Ranier Arms- also good people), how long I had it, if I got it used, nothing. They said they would be happy to have me send it in, and they would send me a new one. I emailed them back and said that it was for my primary self defense weapon, and asked if I could give them a card number to secure the shipment of a new one, and I would return the old one in a SASE. They sent a new one THE SAME DAY that I originated this discussion, without a card number, and no further questions asked.
