Troy Carter (D-NO) has prefiled for the regular session. Essentially, it raises the legal purchase age to 21, increases the violation fine to just over triple the dollar amount and doubles the jail time. Time to hit up your State reps and let them know to get this thing killed before it even starts. It's referred to the Committee on Judiciary at present.
