Searching for a Mosin Nagant

One of my friends recommended a nagant as a good and accurate rifle for target practice. I have been looking for a while now and it seems as if no one has any. I'm in the new orleans area, and if anyone owns one who wouldn't mind selling it, id be open to meeting. Thanks. Joe
