Sherburne Bow hunting

Anyone going for the last 2 weeks of bow season...Any one got any tips or spots i should try out? Will be my first trip to hunt on a WMA

Sherburne is BIG. The best places I know of are on the east side and you have to work to get there if you ain't friendly with a landowner. If'n it was me, I'd go in around Happy Town. Turn off the bayou just before the bote landing and drive as far back as possible. Park the truck and use a mountain bike to ride back even further. Bucks may still be on the move. Rut was starting to pick up good the last week of rifle season. Be patient, be alert, and Good Luck.
