Mr. Jones is listed as from Alexandria, La., and is no stranger to arrest. Rapides Parish Clerk of Court records indicate 7 prior arrest, in Rapides Parish alone.

I was coming home on the other side, We must have seen it as it happened. There looked to be a boat of some sort on its side as well, or perhaps it was being towed like that..
there were only a few cars stopped when we went by. I didn't hear any shots yet.. sort of crazy..

Whoever said St Charles is a dump. evidently doesn't live here. I live in destrehan. its nice, no real issues as far as quality of life
