I'm new here and though my experience may save someone some grief...

Tried running some PMC Bronze .223 55gr thru my Sig M400 (AR15) DI rifle and had short stroking/stovepipe issues.
It runs 100% on m193, m855 and a few other but heavier .223 rounds.
I thought maybe it was simply under gassed for a .223/55gr load.
I recently read in a magazine that the PMC Bronze .223 55gr round is one of the most under powered rounds on the market.
With that bit of info I bought two other types of .223 55gr ammo to test. American Eagle and Hornady.
    Rifle ran 100% on both.
While I feel a 5.56 chambered AR SHOULD run ANY ammo fed to it, I'll just stay away from the PMC Bronze.

Just hoping this info may help someone out there.
