Slidell Processing????

Does anyone know where I can have Hog or deer processed around Slidell area?
My neighbors might freek-out if I get this going in the backyard, so I'm trying to avoid any potential issues.

i really dont rember off hand which was season before this one , but it was alot more reasonable than a few others which is why i ended up there . i do all my own now .got to save a buck every way i can these days

I like DD, brought an 8 pt there this year got mostly japaleno and cheddar sausage and the rest ground in 1 pd packs cost $164. Fortenberrys very good also, little more $. Armonds very good too, he can't smoke anything.
