Overall condition is "BRAND NEW" I purchased this piece in the beginning of October, the round count is app "400 rounds" I am not able to travel at this time, work, kids, traveling during time off. I shot 3 boxes of ammo twice at the range and 2 boxes once, each time, the pistol was cleaned a put in safe. I also have a belt clip nylon holster, thrown in the deal, I'll post new pictures with the holster and gun, thanks
