Why to always look for unmarked police SUVs

Gang banger running from police in his ragged out Honda on freeway, spike strip takes out a tire , he then bails on foot while car is still rolling, only to be smoked by a unmarked SUV, point being if your gonna run from the five-o then always look before you bail or you just might get run over, lol.
