What re the legalities in owning this without a pistol lower? In other words, would owning this and regular rifle length AR's be considered "intent" like having full auto parts? Just curious as I'm interested.

It could be intent bc you have it but legally would not have anything to shoot it out of.

I think the 450 before shooting ten rounds. That's what I got.

Yes, sorry that was the asking price. I realize now that I forgot the dollar sign. It is sold though. You would have to use a pistol lower or fill out paperwork for sbr. A lot of people build it as a pistol to start with while waiting on the SBR paper work.
