Sooo... If or rather WHEN AWB then what?

Will it be the old ban with some additional laws get reinstated or an entirely new set of rules?

For instance will it be ALL AR's and AK's and such or only specific caliber or magazine count?

Will there be time for a mad scramble/rush to gobble up all the guns classified as AWB or will the ban just happen with no grace period set?

Once the ban is in place will a private citizen that already owns one be able to sell FTF to another private citizen or since it's banned they will keep it indef and can't sell it no matter what?

that would be anybody's guess. the speculation is that it will be similar to the previous awb, but that they would learn from it and take out the sunset clause...

About the one thing you can count on is it is easier and cheaper to buy now then it will ever be perhaps for the rest of your life. Buy rifles, magazines, and ammo. Keep in mind, a stripped preban reciever was worthless during the last ban. So all you guys with a bunch of stripped recievers don't have the stockpile you might think you do. You must be able to prove it was assembled into a complete weapon before the ban. This was according to the rules of the last ban.
