I really shouldn’t say too much. But changed the terms and price and payment last minute. Owners were mostly packed up and ready to move, lawyer friend read over the contract before they signed and strongly advised against it.

That sucks, I really wanna start shooting there again but the current owners can be hard to deal with at times.
