St Francisville to NOLA Airport

How long do you think it will take to drive from St Francisville (30 miles north of BR) to MSY. I have to pickup my son @1700. He was supposed to come in tonight but Delta was nice enough to cancel his flight. I was thinking of leaving work no later then 1500.

That's probably about right--you'll hit some traffic going out of Baton Rouge that time of day, but if you're downtown BR by 3:40 you'll be just about right. Probably no traffic issues coming into BR, so if you can normally make it in 40 minutes, you'll be okay.

I'd leave at least 3 hours early to give myself leeway for unexpected delays.

One thing you may want to consider that works well for me (especially in high traffic times) is to take the I-310 to Airline and get straight to the airport that way.

Thanks... I was already planning on going that way. Unless you are making a round trip flight from BTR to MSY???
