Quote from Andrew Jackson---"They have made their decision now let them enforce it".

What is "in theory" the enforcement arm of the supreme court?Once they have said "This is unconstititional" who enforces this or is supposed to?

A firearms trainer/instructor friend has several scotus decisions that say the current four-times-a-year qualification--or less--common in many police agencies is not "adequate" and should be increased.

How is this to be "enforced"?Or any other scotus decision short of calling out the guard?

Mayor Nagin of New Orleans fame is currently in contempt of a federal court order but little or nothing is being done about it and I am of the opinion that nothing will. Were any of us to ignore such,we would find ourselves dispatched to some gulag in short order I think!

Nagin will never suffer penalization for his crimes during, and after, Katrina. The makeup of the court system would not allow it.
