That's a good question, not a stupid one.

The 2A Sales Tax Holiday is for state-level sales tax. The feds still need their stamp fees.

I use the SilencerShop system to process all paperwork, and you can buy from their site or mine.

I do not have a kiosk. I wish I did, but they're five grand and that's a lot of cheddar just for a fingerprint scanner (particularly for a one-man shop).

For the time being, I'd rather roll ink prints and sell cheap suppressors than have to pass the cost of the machine along to you all.

Absolutely, that’s what makes their ecosystem so great to use. I use SS for all the paperwork, regardless of where the actual suppressor comes from.
