Not a problem.
1) Download an image resizer. A good and free one is from microsoft and it can be found HERE.
2) Next, right click on the image that you want to resize. You'll see a small window pop-up with some options. Pick the 'resize' option.
3) Resize the image to 'medium'.
4) Log onto bayoushooter.com and go HERE.
5) Click Browse then locate your image on your computer.
6) Click OK
7) Click Upload
8) Copy the text from the box in the next page and then paste that into your post. (CRTL +C copies and CRTL +V pastes)
9) Drink beer.
