And yet they didn't say anything about the race of the cashier. I didn't actually watch the video, which may clearly show it, but the point is, like you said, they went out of their way to say the race of the man complaining.

The cashier looks caucasian, but hard to tell cause of her mask. The customer with the overloaded cart didn't look to be an ENGLISH speaker. (no haa..blaaa )

Any who...cashiers are not allowed to turn away the customer no matter what line they are in

Maybe they should have to have at least 10 actual, living, breathing cashiers or more working before the 10 items or less rule applies.
