yhm seems to make a quality product, i have their free floats on my .22 build. I have Midwest 2pc on my patrol rifle, they are real nice, similar price, too

The YHM is a great fitting handguard, both to the rifle, and your hand. Not as "cheese grater" as some. The MIDWAY 2-piece guards are good also. Price about the same, and the YHM have been on back-order some time now from Midway. I know you will be happy with either one.

The full lengh YHM hand guards came on my 16" dissipator. They are built very well and hold up very well. I have the low profile rail covers on mine which make it a little easier on the hands (where the rail is not being used) without adding bulk.
