When I was young they had one of these in Shreveport. We used to go on weekend evenings. They used to show reel to reel movies and usually half way through someone would melt the reel and we'd have to wait for them to fix it while stuffing ourselves on pizza.

Lol, my mom used to take me to Pancho's whenever we'd meet for lunch. I was so bummed when they closed that my wife learned to make their sopaipillas. I wish I could have bought the machine they had that made them tho. Could have made some cash at events

My dad was a butcher a Schwegmanns from the time he was a freshman in high school until he retired.
Many days hiding in between the isles.

We had a park named Hamels that had rides and animals. Maybe the moneys they had were kin to the ones you knew because they also smoked! They used to spit at any black people that got close to their cage I remember. Today they'd be branded racist and likely euthanized!
