I would like to trade my Rock Island Armory G.I. 1911 .45 acp for a cowboy style (fixed sights) single action. The 1911 is in primo condition (not even the dreaded 1911 idiot mark under the slide release) comes with two 8 round mags in original box with all paperwork. I added the Walnut double diamond grips and allen head grip screws other than that it is bone stock. The slide to frame fit is tight and very smooth as is the trigger. Bought from a member a while back. I decided I have enough 1911s and need a nice single action. Looking for a specific style but not necessarily a specific make. I want a 4.75 to 5.5 inch barrel blued finish or color case hardened frame with fixed sights. Basically a typical cowboy single action. Would go for one in .357 .44 special or .45 long colt.
