Tri Tip, Twice Baked Potatoes and Quail Stuffed ABTs

Finally back to almost normalcy. I was out of town for an event I organized in north Alabama. I'll try to post more on that later.

Yesterday afternoon I thru together some quail stuffed ABTs and grilled those on the Keg.

The ABTs came out fantastic!

Twice baked potatoes were just as good.

Cooked the tri tip using my gifted Grill Grates! ;D

Perfectly cooked!!!

Served with broccolli and cheese as a veggie.

Awesome meal!!! Mmmmm.........​

I was given this set of Grill Grates and a Maverick ATC for organizing a bbq event in Alabama.

Where'd you find tri-tip around here?

These were from Omaha Steaks that were leftover from the bbq event I organized up in north Alabama. The Broil King Grill/keg company paid for them. NOT cheap. Delicious meat for sure.
Yesterday I was at Costco in Mid City N.O. and saw some Tri tips there.

There is a butcher/meat market in Metairie that regularly stocks Tri-tip, if anyone wants me to find out which one it is let me know.
