I am trying to form 1 a lower .
It is my user name that keeps giving me the problem. It says that my user name should be the first letter of my first name then first 5 letters of my last name followed by a number. Their computer assigns the user name based on this info and will not let me change it. If I click in the user name cell to try and change it, it pops over to edit my first name. I think the trouble is my last name is 4 letters long followed by a space then Jr. Since I am a junior. So the assigned user name has a space where the 5th letter should be.
ex of what I enter: Russ L Crow Jr.
ex of the assigned user name: rcrow 1234.
Any thought how to get this to go through? Anyone have thoughts on how to fix?
