Sure wish they’d tell us a little more, like whether the perp pulled a gun when confronted and the victim then shot him in self defense. I can’t imagine he just walked up and lasted the guy. I know that Texas laws actually allow you some leeway on use of force to protect property. Seems like the media always tries to report things in a certain light or not at all.
