Any good tuners around the area? Looking to do a tune on my air rifle.

A local air gunner in Slidell had been in touch with me but I lost his contact data. He does it for a hobby only.

If anyone knows of a pro, please let me know.

I have Gamo 440 that needs tuning.

Not to be snotty, but airgun tuning is usually kinda pricey. Probably runs as much as a brand new Gamo. Usually done to high-end German and English air rifles.

Not really. Depends on the level. A good lube tune is 50 bucks or so. I got a quote on one for 75 bucks that included lots of good adjustment. With some extra options I wanted, the price is 125. The result will be a gun springer that will shoot smoother, much quieter, with increased accuracy.. and more importantly it will have a much smaller variance in velocity from shot to shot.

The only problem is shipping to SC. It will cost about 30 bucks each way.

I love accuracy and don't mind paying to have a rifle tuned to improve it.

I bought my Gamo 440 for 99 bucks through Natchez. At that low price, I knew it would be perfect platform for customizing.

I recently bought a Discovery and am stunned at the out the box accuracy this rifle has. A quality tune on a Discovery is 70 bucks and makes these rifles really shine.
