I have recently purchased a Stag model: 1L and have to admit that I was impressed with the inhouse craftmenship! I had a less than significant experience with the customer service at Stagarms. I perchased a misc. item on their store site and received a damaged product. I called Paul and without any questions a replacement was one its way!!! It is all about word of mouth in this industry game and I am sold on quality and good customer service! I was also impressed by the fact that Paul did not even ask me to ship the product back at my time or expense! Just joined and right around the corner in "The Boot"!
