Responding to a 09/29/2021 letter to Wuhan Joe, from the National School Board Ass'n (NSBA), AG Merrick Garland sent a memo dated 10/04/2021, to the FBI Director and other DOJ heads to coordinate with local law enforcement, etal, to identify, discourage and prosecute "... violence ... threats ... intimidation ... harassment ..." against schools, school board members, teachers, etc. Copy of the AG's one page memo is available on the net
The NSBA 6 page letter alleges immediate, growing threats of violence, threats, intimidation and harassment toward schools and education leaders. Among the NSBA's "... the sky is falling!..." statements advocating suspension of vocal dissenting parents' First Amendment and other Bill or Rights protections : "... As these acts of malice, violence, and threats against public school officials have increased, the classification of these heinous actions could be the equivalent to a form of domestic violence and hate crimes..."; and further requesting "... examine appropriate enforceable actions against these crimes and acts of violence ... " - via multiple federal laws, acts and statutes - not the least of which being THE PATRIOT ACT! Really???
Well, from DemDimDumDamn VA Gov.Terry McAuliff's statement that parents should have no say in what is being taught their children, why should we be surprised that the elitists are now, without subtrafuge, blatantly ever moving toward shutting us up. Repeated hate rhetoric and true violent acts by ANTIFA, BLM, and their ilk, plus their encouragement from leftist bufoons to foment it- like Maxine Waters - is overlooked.
