I really don't want to let this one go, but I have too many 16" rifles and I like to keep them all in rotation.
The goal was a lightweight, no snag build for this rifle without going skeletonized or with a pencil barrel, and it came out really nice.
Brand new rifle!
No rounds through this build, but headspace has been checked as well as proper feeding.
I will happily break in the barrel properly during my next range trip if desired.

• Aero precision ODG lower receiver
• Aero precision Lower Parts kit and gas tube
• Aero precision buffer tube, spring and H2 buffer
• Magpul stock and grip
I torqued the barrel nut to 60 lb-ft with a moly grease, and the castle nut/flash hider have been properly torqued/clocked.
The lower receiver is one of their nice standard style lower receivers, cleanly finished and in spec. It has a tension screw but this build didn't need it.
